ORANGE DELIGHT JELLO SALAD 
2 or 3 lg. cans mandarin oranges
2 lg. cans crushed pineapple
1 lg. can frozen orange juice
1 lg. pkg. orange Jello

Mix 2 1/2 cups boiling water with orange Jello; stir until Jello is dissolved. Add frozen orange juice, crushed pineapple and mandarin oranges. Let jell overnight.

TOPPING:

1 pkg. instant lemon pudding
1 c. milk
1 c. Cool Whip

Mix 1 package lemon pudding with 1 cup milk. Beat until it becomes thick, then fold in 1 cup whipped topping. Spread on top of Jello and let set 3 to 4 hours.
