1 sm. pkg. lime Jello
1 sm. pkg. cream cheese
3 tbsp. mayonnaise
1/2 pt. whipping cream or 1 pkg. Dream Whip
1 c. boiling water
12 lg. marshmallows
1 c. chopped nuts
1 sm. can crushed pineapple

Mix dry Jello and cream cheese together and pour boiling water over this mixture. Add marshmallows. Stir until marshmallows dissolve. Mix pineapple, nuts and mayonnaise into this mixture. Let set until cool, then fold in Dream Whip. Pour into a shallow pan and refrigerate until congealed.
