SANTA FE CHICKEN 
1 lb. boned chicken breasts
1/4 c. orange juice
2 tbsp. dry white wine
1 tbsp. honey
1 clove garlic, minced
1/8 tsp. cinnamon
1/4 tsp. chili powder
Dash of ground red pepper

Preheat oven to 357 degrees. Arrange chicken in single layer in baking pan. Combine remaining ingredients and pour over chicken. Cover and refrigerate 1 hour. Bake uncovered about 45 minutes, basting occasionally.
