CHICKEN CHILI CON CARNE 
1 (1/2 lb.) pkg. ground chicken
1 pkg. chili seasoning mix
1 (28 oz.) can kidney or pinto beans
1 (28 oz.) can chopped tomatoes

Brown chicken until crumbly, drain off excess moisture. Place chicken in large pot and add beans, tomatoes, and seasoning. Stir and bring to a boil. Reduce heat and simmer uncovered for 10 minutes.

Optional:
1/2 c. chopped onion
1/2 c. chopped celery
1/2 c. chopped green pepper

Brown some time as chicken. Serves 8.
