4 c. sugar 1 (8 oz.) can evaporated milk 1 c. butter 1 tsp. vanilla 12 oz. pkg. semi-sweet chocolate chips 1 pt. (half of a 13 oz. jar) marshmallow cream 1 c. chopped nuts Cook sugar, milk, and butter to soft ball stage on candy thermometer, stirring frequently. Remove from heat. Add chocolate chips, marshmallow cream, vanilla, and nuts. Beat until chocolate is melted and blended in. Pour into buttered pan. Cut into squares when cool. |
