CREPE PANCAKES 
1 egg
1 c. flour
1/2 tsp. salt
1 c. milk or 1/3 c. powdered milk + water to make 1 c.

Into a mixing bowl, put the egg, salt and flour. Add the milk in small quantities at a time, stirring with a wire whisk to make a smooth batter. I like to bake these in a cast iron frying pan. Drop by tablespoonfuls into a hot frying pan, medium to low heat.
