1 yellow cake mix
3 oz. instant vanilla pudding
1 c. milk
1 tsp. vanilla
8 oz. cream cheese
8 oz. Cool Whip
20 oz. can crushed pineapple, drained

Bake cake mix as directed, in a jelly roll pan. Cool. Mix pudding with milk and vanilla, add cream cheese. Add Cool Whip and drained pineapple. Frost cake with this mixture. May sprinkle with coconut or nuts. Refrigerate cake after it is frosted.
