TACO HOT DISH 
1 1/2 lbs. ground chuck
1 (8 oz.) can tomato sauce
1 (8 oz.) bag tortilla chips, crushed
1 (8 oz.) carton sour cream (2)
8 oz. Monterey Jack cheese, shredded (4)
1 onion, chopped
1 pkg. dry taco mix
1 (16 oz.) carton cottage cheese (1)
1/2 c. sliced ripe olives (3)
8 oz. cheddar cheese, shredded (5)

Combine meat and onions in fry pan. Cook until done. Drain off all grease. Add tomato sauce and taco mix, stir well. Place crushed chips in bottom of a greased 9 x 13 pan and top with meat mixture. Top with remaining ingredients as numbered in order above. Bake at 350 degree oven for 40 minutes.
