2 oz. baked chicken, skinned
1/2 c. rice
1/2 c. green beans
2/3 c. tossed salad
Salad dressing

1 tsp. polyunsaturated butter
1/2 c. applesauce
Hot tea
1 tsp. sugar
Salt & pepper

Menu 3:

1/2 c. pineapple juice
3 oz. lean roast beef
1 med. baked potatoes
1/2 c. spinach with lemon wedges
1 slice whole wheat bread
1 tsp. polyunsaturated butter
1/2 angel food cake
1 c. skim milk
Hot tea
1 tsp. sugar
Salt & pepper
