MEXICAN WEDDING CAKES 
2 c. flour
3/4 c. confectioners' sugar
1 tsp. vanilla
1 c. nuts (pecans)
2 sticks butter

Blend sugar, softened butter and flour. Add vanilla and nuts. Roll into ball about the size of a large cherry (or whatever). Bake at 325 degrees for about 25 minutes. Dip cookies in confectioners' sugar while hot and once again when cold.
