CHICKEN AND BISCUIT CASSEROLE 
1 qt. broth with chicken pieces
2 c. diced potatoes
1 c. diced carrots
1/2 c. diced celery
1 med. onion, diced
1 c. peas
1 tbsp. seasoned salt
1 tsp. pepper
1 c. Bisquick baking mix
1/3 c. milk

Place meat in bottom of casserole dish. Make gravy with broth. Cook potatoes, carrots, celery and onion for 2 minutes. Add any left over water to gravy. Put vegetables over meat and add peas and seasoned salt. Pour gravy over all. Heat in 375 degree oven until bubbly, about 15 minutes. Mix Bisquick and milk. Form 5 to 6 biscuits and place on top of casserole. Put back in oven until biscuits are done, about 15 minutes.
