CHICKEN AND BISCUITS CASSEROLE 
8 slices crumbled bacon
2 1/2 c. cubed cooked chicken
1 (10 oz.) pkg. mixed vegetables, cooked and drained
1 1/2 c. shredded Cheddar cheese
1 c. cream of chicken soup
3/4 c. milk
1 1/2 c. Bisquick
2/3 c. milk
1 can Durkee French fried onions

Grease 8 x 12 pan. Combine first 3 ingredients and 1 cup cheese in pan. Blend soup and 3/4 cup milk. Pour over casserole.

Bake covered at 400°F for 15 minutes.

Meanwhile, combine Bisquick, 2/3 cup milk and 1/2 can onions. Mix thoroughly and drop spoonfuls to form 6 biscuits around edge of casserole.

Bake, uncovered, 15 to 20 minutes or until biscuits are golden brown. Sprinkle with remaining cheese and onions.

Bake 2 to 3 minutes longer.
