HAM-BISCUIT CASSEROLE 
2 tbsp. butter
3 c. cubed ham
1/2 c. chopped green peppers
1 med. onion, chopped
2 cans cream of chicken soup
1 c. milk
Parsley or pimento for color

Saute ham, pepper and onion in butter. Stir in soup and milk. Put in ungreased casserole. Bake at 425 degrees for 20 minutes. Top with biscuits (Hungry Jack flaky biscuits work well) and bake 12 to 15 minutes longer.
