CHICKEN CASSEROLE WITH BISCUITS 
1 fryer
1 can cream of mushroom soup
1 can chicken broth

Cook chicken. Remove bones. Put chicken in casserole dish. Mix soup and broth and pour over chicken.

BISCUITS:

1 1/4 c. self-rising flour
4 oz. cream cheese
3/4 stick butter

Mix flour, cream cheese and butter with a fork. Pinch off small portions. Roll in balls and shape into biscuits. Place on top of casserole. Bake at 350 degrees for 45 minutes or until biscuits are browned.
