LINGUINI WITH MUSHROOMS AND
SHRIMP
 
1 stick butter
2 cloves garlic, sliced
1 (10 oz.) pkg. fresh mushrooms, rinsed and sliced
Olive oil
1 (10 oz.) pkg. sm. frozen shrimp, rinsed and cleaned
Salt and pepper to taste
1/2 lb. linguini, cooked

Cook mushrooms with butter and garlic until tender. This only takes about 5 minutes in the microwave. Use a covered dish, high heat and stir once. Place shrimp and a little olive oil in skillet and cook on range only about 5 minutes. Add mushroom mixture to skillet and salt and pepper. Toss together and pour over linguini. If dry, add more butter. Serve with grated Parmesan. Approximately 4 servings.

Since microwave ovens vary in power, you may need to adjust your cooking time.
