BAKED TOMATOES 
4 lg. firm ripe tomatoes
1/4 c. all-purpose flour
1/2 tsp. salt
1/2 tsp. dry mustard
1/4 tsp. paprika
2 tbsp. finely chopped onion
2 tbsp. finely chopped green bell pepper
1 tsp. Worcestershire sauce
4 strips lean bacon, cut in half
1/3 c. grated sharp Cheddar cheese

Wash tomatoes and cut in half. Arrange cut side up in shallow baking dish. Combine next 7 ingredients. Spread equal portions of mixture on each tomato. Sprinkle with grated cheese. Bake 30 minutes in 350 degree oven (preheated). Serves 8.
