BANANA NUT BREAD | |
2 c. flour, sifted 1 tsp. baking soda 1/4 heaping tsp. salt 1/2 c. butter 1 c. sugar 2 eggs 1 tsp. vanilla 3 - 4 well ripened bananas, mashed 1 c. chopped nuts Sift flour, soda and salt together. Cream butter and sugar. Add eggs, vanilla and bananas. Fold in dry ingredients and nuts. Mix until moistened. Pour into greased loaf pan and bake at 325 degrees for 55 to 60 minutes. |
