CHEESY POTATOES 
6-8 potatoes, cooked and peeled
Cheddar cheese, grated
2 cans mushroom soup
1 tsp. salt
1 tsp. pepper
1 tsp. Italian seasoning
1 1/2 cans milk

Cook and peel potatoes. Grate the cheese. Mix soups, milk and seasonings together. In an oblong dish, layer potatoes, soup mixture and cheese. Bake at 350 degrees for 30 minutes or until cheese melts on top.
