LIME PEAR SALAD 
1 c. pear juice
1 c. cold water
1 lg (6 oz.) pkg. lime gelatin
1 med. can pears
1 sm. pkg. dessert topping mix (I use Cool Whip), 1 1/2 c.
1 (8 oz.) cream cheese, softened

Heat pear juice and cold water with gelatin. Cool and partially congeal. Whip dessert topping mix or if using Cool Whip, fold into cream cheese. Mash pears. Add to cooled mixture. Fold all ingredients together. Chill until firm.
