3 eggs
2 cups sugar
1 1/2 cup salad oil
3 cups plain flour
1 tsp. baking soda
1 tsp. salt
1 tsp. cinnamon
1 cup coconut
1 cup chopped pecans
3 cups diced apples
2 tsp. vanilla

Cream eggs, sugar and oil. Sift together flour, soda, salt, and cinnamon. fold into creamed mixture. Add coconut, nuts, apples, and vanilla. Mix and pour into 9 x 13 pan.

Bake 1 hour at 350°F.

Topping:

1 cup brown sugar
1 stick butter
1/4 cup milk

Cook all ingredients together for four minutes stirring frequently. Pierce cake with fork and pour over warm cake.
