3 eggs
2 c. sugar
1 1/2 c. Wesson oil
3 c. plain flour
1 tsp. baking soda
1 tsp. salt
2 tsp. vanilla
3 c. chopped apples
1 c. pecans, chopped

Cream together eggs, sugar, oil. Add flour, soda, salt; sift together. Add other ingredients. Bake at 350 degrees for 45 minutes.

SAUCE:

1 c. brown sugar
1/4 c. milk
1 stick butter

Cook 2 1/2 minutes, pour over hot cake.
