APPLE DAPPLE CAKE 
3 eggs
2 c. sugar
1 c. oil
3 c. flour
1 tsp. salt
1 tsp. baking soda
1 tbsp. cinnamon
1 tbsp. vanilla
1/4 c. milk
3 c. raw apples, chopped or applesauce

Cream together eggs, sugar, oil and vanilla. In separate bowl mix dry ingredients. Add dry ingredients to the creamed mixture alternating with the milk and the apples. Bake in a 9 x 13 inch pan at 325 degrees for 1 hour or until done.

TOPPING:

1 stick butter
1 c. brown sugar
1/4 c. milk

Mix together in saucepan. Cook 2 1/2 minutes. Pour over hot cake. Leave in pan and cut in small pieces.
