ZUCCHINI PIE 
3 c. shredded zucchini (2 lg.)
4 eggs, slightly beaten
1/2 c. chopped onion
1/2 c. oil
1 c. Bisquick
2/3 c. Parmesan cheese

Combine eggs with Parmesan cheese; add oil and Bisquick. Blend zucchini and onion; add some basil, oregano and parsley. Bake 350 degrees for 35 minutes in a square, oiled pan, 8 or 9 inches.
