PARTY CHEESE BALL 
1 c. chopped pecans or parsley (according to taste)
1 lb. Roquefort cheese
2 lb. cream cheese
3 oz. sharp Cheddar cheese
1 onion, minced fine
1 tsp. Worcestershire sauce
Salt to taste

Blend all ingredients, except 1/2 cup pecans or parsley. Shape into balls. Roll in the reserved pecans or parsley. Chill. Place on a large serving platter and surround with crisp crackers.
