CRUST:

1 c. graham cracker crumbs
4 tbsp. melted butter
4 tbsp. sugar
4 tbsp. nuts

Combine all ingredients in bowl. Place 2 tsp. in bottom of cup lined muffin tins. Place in oven and bake minutes at 375 degrees.

FILLING:

1 lb. cream cheese, softened to room temperature
2 eggs
1/2 c. sugar
1 tsp. lemon juice
3/4 tsp. vanilla

Mix all ingredients until creamy. Spoon mixture over crust, filling cup 3/4 full.

Bake at 375 degrees for 12 - 15 minutes, no longer. Cool.

Top with canned pie filling - cherry, blueberry, pineapple, etc.

Makes approximately 20.
