ANNA'S IRISH SODA BREAD 
2 c. flour plus 2 tbsp.
2 tbsp. sugar
3/4 tsp. baking powder
1/4 tsp. baking soda
1/2 tsp. salt
2 tbsp. butter
3/4 c. buttermilk plus 2 tbsp.
1/2 c. raisins

Combine and cut butter in - add milk, mix and make soft dough - add raisins and knead 3 minutes. Makes 7 inch flat round, cut cross 1/2 inch deep. Bake on lightly oiled cake tin 35-40 minutes at 375 degrees.
