CHEESE SAUCE FOR VEGETABLES 
Melt:

2 tbsp. butter

Add:

2 tbsp. flour

Slowly add:

1 c. milk

Bring to a boil. Add chunks of cheese (as much as you like) and stir until smooth. Pour over cooked and drained broccoli or cauliflower.
