4 tbsp. Cremora (or Coffee Mate)
1 1/2 tsp. flour
1/2 tsp. salt

Mix well then add 1 1/2 cups water. Let come to a boil and boil for 1 minute, then add: 1 1/2 tbsp. Cheez Whiz 1 tbsp. butter
