THREE CHEESE SAUCE FOR
VEGETABLES
 
1 sm. can evaporated milk
1 sm. pkg. cream cheese
2 tbsp. Parmesan cheese
3/4 c. grated Cheddar cheese

Place in blender the evaporated milk, Parmesan cheese and cream cheese. Blend until smooth. Heat mixture in a small saucepan over medium-low heat until thickened. Stir often. Pour over steamed vegetables such as broccoli. Top with grated Cheddar cheese.
