CHEESE BALL 
2 (8 oz.) cream cheese
1 pkg. Kraft cracker barrel sharp Cheddar cheese (no other kind)
1 bell pepper, small
1/4 onion, sm.
2 tbsp. Worcestershire sauce
2 tbsp. lemon juice
Pinch of salt
1/2 tsp. hot pepper
1 c. nuts, finely chopped

Soften cream cheese, grate Cheddar cheese; add finely chopped bell pepper and finely chopped onion. Add Worcestershire sauce and lemon juice. mix with hands and put in 1 large ball or 2 smaller or 4 smaller balls. Roll balls in finely chopped nuts.

Note: this freezes well. When you defrost, defrost in refrigerator slowly so it will not come out crumbly. Makes nice gifts at Christmas time.
