QUICK BANANA NUT BREAD 
1 3/4 c. all purpose flour
1 tsp. baking soda
1/2 tsp. baking powder
3/4 c. sugar
1/2 c. vegetable oil
2 tsp. vanilla
2 eggs, lightly beaten
1 c. mashed ripe banana pulp (large bananas)
1/2 c. chopped walnuts

Combine flour, soda, and baking power in large mixing bowl. Blend together sugar, oil, and lemon rind. Mix well with flour mixture. Add eggs and banana pulp. Thoroughly combine. Stir in nuts. Turn batter into greased 9 x 5 x 33 inch bread pan and bake in preheated 350 degree oven for 1 hour, less for dark pans.
