CRABMEAT QUICHE 
9 inch pastry shell
1/2 c. mayonnaise
1/2 tsp. salt
2 eggs, beaten
1/4 c. milk
2 tbsp. white wine
8 oz. Swiss cheese, shredded
2 tbsp. flour
1 1/2 c. crabmeat
1/3 c. celery, chopped
1/4 c. green onion, chopped

Combine mayonnaise, salt, eggs, milk and wine. Mix cheese with flour. Add to mayonnaise mixture. Fold in crabmeat, celery and green onion. Pour into pastry shell. Bake at 350 degrees for 45 minutes. Cool a few minutes before serving.
