RHUBARB DESSERT | |
2/3 c. sugar 4 tbsp. minute tapioca 2 c. water 4 c. rhubarb, cut up 1 pkg. strawberry Jello (3 oz. size) Cook sugar, tapioca and water until thickened. Add rhubarb and cook until soft. Add Jello and stir until dissolved. Chill until set. |
