COCONUT CAKE 
2 c. sugar
2 c. self rising flour (do not substitute Gold Medal brand)
1 c. oil
1 c. milk
4 eggs
1 tsp. vanilla

Combine all six ingredients, beat on mix in mixer. Bake about 30 minutes or until done.

FROSTING: Betty Crocker Fluffy White frosting mix. Do not substitute. Cover entire cake with coconut.
