1 lg. pkg. cream cheese
1/2 c. chopped bell peppers
1 c. sour cream
1 sm. jar chipped beef, finely chopped
1 tbsp. (or more) finely minced onion

DO NOT MIX IN BLENDER. Mix softened cream cheese, sour cream, peppers, beef and onion. Form into a ball and chill.
