HOT CHIPPED BEEF DIP 
2 (8 oz.) cream cheese
6 oz. chipped beef
1 c. sour cream
1/2 c. chopped green pepper
4 tbsp. milk
2 tbsp. chopped onions (or flakes)
1 tsp. garlic salt
1/2 tsp. pepper

Mix all ingredients together. Bake at 350 degrees for 15 to 20 minutes.
