CHICKEN CASSEROLE 
1 chicken, boiled and boned
1 can Rotel tomatoes
1 can cream of chicken soup
1 can cream of mushroom soup
Onion, chopped
Cheese, grated
Tortilla chips or Fritos

Saute onion in 2 tablespoons oil. Add Rotel tomatoes, soup.

Layer chicken and soup mixture in casserole with chips and grated cheese (about 1/4 pound) ending with cheese. Bake at 350 degrees for about 25 to 30 minutes.
