PARTY SAUSAGE PIZZA 
1 lb. each hot & mild sausage
1/2 c. chopped onion
2 lbs. cubed Velveeta cheese
1 tsp. Italian seasoning

Fry sausage; drain off grease. Add chopped onion and cook until soft, add cheese and Italian seasoning. Cook until melted. Spread by teaspoons on 4 loaves of party rye. May be frozen. Bake at 400 degrees for 10 minutes.
