1 can cream of mushroom soup
1 can cream of chicken soup
1 pkg. dry Lipton Onion Soup mix
1 frying chicken, cut up
1 1/2 c. water
1 1/2 c. Minute Rice
1 c. prepared stuffing mix

Combine all ingredients except the onion soup mix in a large baking dish.

Place chicken, skin side up over this. Sprinkle the onion soup mix over this. Cover tightly with aluminum foil and bake 2 1/2 hours at 350 degrees. No peeking!!
