NO - PEEK CHICKEN | |
1 box UNCLE BEN'S® Long Grain Wild Rice (or reg. white rice) 1 tsp. parsley Dash of curry powder 1/2 to 1 tsp. poultry seasoning 1/2 tsp. tarragon Chicken bouillon cube 1 to 2 lg. onions 1 can cream of mushroom soup 1 can cream of celery soup 1 can boiling water 1/2 pkg. Lipton's onion soup mix 6 to 8 chicken breasts Oil Dissolve bouillon cube in boiling water. Lightly grease 9 x 13 inch pan. Saute in hot oil floured and seasoned (salt, pepper, paprika) chicken breasts. Set aside. Add oil if needed and saute chopped or sliced onions. Combine onions with all remaining ingredients except the chicken and onion soup mix. Pour into casserole and lay chicken on top. Sprinkle onion soup mix over chicken and seal with foil. Bake at 325 to 350 degrees for about 2 1/2 hours (could be done sooner - check). |
