JAMAICAN CHICKEN 
Thyme
Seasoning salt
Black pepper
Sm. pinch curry powder
Sm. amount soy sauce
1 sm. onion, diced
1/2 sm. green bell pepper
1 sm. tomato
2 sticks of scallion (green onion)
1 pkg. chicken legs

Remove skin from chicken if desired; place chicken in bowl and all above seasonings on chicken. Save seasonings left in bowl. Heat frying pan with small amount of oil. Take chicken out of seasoning. Place in hot oil, fry until golden brown on both sides, once chicken is brown, place all the seasoning left in the bowl over the chicken. Then add very small amount of water and cover with a lid until most of the water dissolves and serve over white rice.
