BARBECUE CUPS | |
3/4 c. ground beef 1/2 c. barbecue sauce 1 tbsp. minced onion 2 tbsp. brown sugar 1 (8 oz.) can Pillsbury Tenderflake biscuits 3/4 c. shredded cheddar cheese Brown the ground beef and drain. Add barbecue sauce, onion, and brown sugar. Take each biscuit and press into an ungreased muffin cup, making sure dough goes up to edge of cup. Spoon meat mixture into cups and sprinkle with cheese. Bake at 400 degrees for 10-12 minutes. Serves 10. |
