BARBECUE HAMBURGER DELIGHT WITH
A TWIST!
 
3/4 lb. ground beef
1/2 c. barbecue sauce
1/2 c. instant minced onion
2 tbsp. brown sugar
1 can biscuits
Shredded cheese

Brown ground beef. Add barbecue sauce, onion and brown sugar. Place biscuits in bottom of a casserole dish. Spread meat mixture over biscuits. Top with cheese. Place in 375 degree oven for 8-10 minutes to melt cheese.

The Twist: Substitute 6-8 potatoes, boiled and mashed for the biscuits. It's really good and it's Laura's favorite dinner.
