BARBEQUE CUPS | |
1 lb. ground meat 1/2 c. barbeque sauce 1/4 tbsp. minced onion 1 1/4 tbsp. brown sugar 1 (8 oz.) can refrigerator biscuits 3/4 c. shredded Cheddar cheese Saute ground meat until brown; drain. Stir in sauce, onion and sugar. Place each uncooked biscuit in greased muffin tin, pressing to cover bottom and sides. Spoon meat mixture into cups and sprinkle with cheese. Bake at 400 degrees for 10 to 12 minutes, or until golden brown. |
