BANANA-COCONUT BAKE 
3 bananas
1 tbsp. butter
1/3 c. orange juice
1 tbsp. lemon juice
2 tbsp. sugar free brown sugar
2/3 c. shredded coconut

Slice bananas and place in a greased baking dish. Dot with butter. Mix orange juice, lemon juice and brown sugar. Pour over bananas and toss. Sprinkle with coconut and bake until coconut is golden, about 8-10 minutes. Serve hot or cold.
