1 tbsp. butter
1 c. Bisquick baking mix
2 tsp. paprika
2 tsp. salt
1 tsp. garlic powder
1/2 tsp. pepper
3 1/2 to 4 lb. chicken, cut up

Preheat oven to 425.

Melt butter in rectangular baking pan 13 x 9 x 2 in oven. Mix Bisquick, paprika, salt, garlic powder and pepper in large plastic bag. Coat chicken. Place skin sides down in pan. Bake 35 minutes. Turn and bake about 20 minutes until done.
