OVEN FRIED HERB CHICKEN 
6 chicken breasts, halved
1 c. crumbled herb seasoned croutons
2/3 c. Parmesan cheese
1/4 c. fresh or 2 tbsp. dried parsley
Garlic powder to taste
1/2 c. melted butter

Combine croutons, parsley and garlic powder in mixing bowl, mix thoroughly. Dip chicken first in melted butter, then in crumb mixture to coat well. Place in buttered shallow baking dish. Pour remaining butter over chicken and top with remaining crumbs.

Bake uncovered at 325 degrees for 1 hour and 15 minutes. DO NOT TURN. Serves 4 to 6. It is nice served with a green or fruit salad.
