OVEN FRIED HERB CHICKEN 
1/4 c. melted butter
1/2 tsp. salt
1/4 tsp. pepper
1/4 tsp. oregano
1/4 tsp. thyme
1 tbsp. chopped parsley (or 1 tsp. dry)
1 tbsp. lemon juice
1 cut up chicken (or 3 lb. chicken pieces)
Fine dry bread crumbs

Combine butter, salt, pepper, oregano, thyme, parsley and lemon juice. Dip chicken pieces into butter mixture; coat with bread crumbs. Arrange pieces in baking dish; drizzle any remaining butter mixture over top. Bake at 375 degrees for about 1 hour.
