GLAZED HAM LOAF 
1 1/2 lb. ground smoked ham
1 1/4 lb. ground pork
1 1/2 c. bread crumbs
1/2 c. chopped onion
2 beaten eggs
1/2 c. milk

Glaze:

1/2 c. brown sugar
1 tbsp. salad mustard
2 tbsp. cider vinegar
1 tbsp. water

Have butcher grind the quantity of meats together. Mix the other ingredients of crumbs, onion, eggs and milk with meat. Shape into a loaf to fit 7 x 11 pan.

Bake 1 hour at 350°F.

Mix glaze and spread about half on meat loaf.

Bake 10 more minutes. Pour off fat that has accumulated. Then spread remaining glaze and bake another 10 to 15 minutes, until nicely browned. Serve hot.

Makes good sandwich meat cold.
