EGG DROPS (SOUP DUMPLINGS) 
1 egg
1/2 tsp. salt
1/2 c. water
3/4 c. sifted flour

Beat egg with salt and combine with water. Add flour and stir to a smooth batter. Drop from a teaspoon into boiling soup or broth and simmer for about 10 minutes or until done.
